Gastrointestinal Issues

Gastrointestinal (GI) issues refer to a range of disorders that affect the digestive tract, including the stomach, intestines, esophagus, liver, and pancreas. Common GI problems include indigestion, acid reflux, gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), constipation, diarrhea, and ulcers. These conditions can cause symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, heartburn, and changes in bowel habits. GI issues may result from infections, poor diet, stress, lifestyle habits, or underlying medical conditions. Early diagnosis and proper treatment, including dietary modifications, stress management, and medications, are essential to relieve symptoms and prevent complications.
